3 Tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoons rice vinegar
1. Whisk
to blend 1st 3 ingredients.
2. Add vinegar, reserving 1 T. of
mixture. Brush on salmon.
3. Grill or broil until cooked through.
4. Top with reserved mixture.
