1 can
black beans rinsed, and drained
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 4 oz. pkg. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup Italian dressing
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley
1. Mix all
ingredients and refrigerate until chilled.
2. Serve with pita bread and hummus.
